A 25% deposit is required in order for me to hold a requested date open for you. This deposit is not refundable unless I become ill or have an emergency and cannot be at your wedding. One third of the remaining package payment is due at the time of the Bridal/Engagement Portrait sitting (less the 25% deposit). The remaining 2/3 your package payment is due the day of the wedding.
Please make checks payable to Charlotte Stringer Photography. The 7 percent MS State Sales Tax must be added to each package. We do not accept credit cards for any type of wedding payments.

Regular Standard Session Proof sets are not available for weddings. A print credit will be provided with each package.
Travel Fees:
No travel fee for weddings within 25 miles of Charlotte Stringer Photography.
40-250 miles round trip rate will be $1.00 per mile
250 miles or more round trip rate will be $1.25 per mile
Hotel fees if overnight stay is required.
*Additional coverage past an 8 hour wedding is available for $300.00 per hour.
*The 7 percent MS State sales tax is on all collections.

*All photo re-print orders must be ordered within 60 days of receipt of your wedding day gallery. Only images ordered are archived for one year.
*Online gallery is available for 90 days and cannot be re-hosted.
